How do I purchase an item?
I currently prepare small batch shop restocks once every 1-2 months.  Once I can confirm a date, I will update both my Instagram page and my mailing list (please sign up below!) with this information.  A preview of what will be available will be posted 24 hours in advance of each restock date.

Do you offer pre-order or custom order requests?
Not currently, but I will be sure to communicate any changes to this via Instagram and my mailing list.
 
How does shipping work?

Shipping rates are determined by package weight and dimensions. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is ready to go. 

While I try to get pieces out as quickly as possible, I kindly ask that you allow 2-5 business days for your package to be prepped and shipped.

I ship worldwide, but please note that I am not responsible for local import duties and/or customs charges upon the arrival of the goods in your country.
 
I live where you live (Hamilton, ON).  Do I have to pay for shipping?
Hell, no!  I offer free shipping within a 20 km radius of my space, and will deliver your order to you via my sweet minivan.  I'll be in touch shortly after your order is placed to arrange a time that works best for both of us.

Do you offer refunds on unused or damaged items?
All sales are final however, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me to discuss.
