How do I purchase an item?
I currently prepare small batch collections for sale online every 1-2 months. Once I can confirm a date, I will update my mailing list (sign up at the bottom of this page!) and my Instagram feed with this information. A preview of what will be available will be posted 24 hours in advance of each restock date.
Do you take pre-order or custom order requests?
Not regularly, but every now and then, I will open up a select number of pre-order requests in my online shop. Mailing list members will be notified when this occurs.
I am also open to creating custom orders from time to time. Email me with your request, and I will be in touch.

How does shipping work?
Shipping rates are determined by package weight and dimensions. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is ready to go. If you have purchased multiple items separately, I will ship them together and refund any postage overage fees.
While I try to get pieces out as quickly as possible, I kindly ask that you allow 3-5 business days for your package to be prepared and shipped.
I ship worldwide, but please note that I am not responsible for local import duties and/or customs charges upon the arrival of the goods in your country.
I live where you live (Hamilton, ON). Do I have to pay for shipping?
Hellz, no! I offer free shipping within a 20 km radius of my space, and will deliver your order to your front door. I'll be in touch shortly after your order is placed to arrange a time that works best for both of us.
Do you offer refunds on unused or damaged items?
All sales are final however, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me to discuss.
